A & C Communications and Security Services was formed on August 1999, by Anthony Drummond and Clem Munroe. Anthony, a nineteen-year veteran in the field of communications and security systems gained his experience from working with major organizations such as Technology Plus in Jamaica, West Indies, A & P Burglar Alarms in Brooklyn, New York, and Wells Fargo Security Services in New York City.

Clem brings to the company thirty-five years experience in the field of central office communications, and Wide Area Networking (WAN). He has contributed to the success of organizations such as Guyana Telecommunications Corporation, and Alcatel.

Having both mastered the installation and servicing of equipments such as DMP, Radionics, HAI, Ademco for burglar systems; a myriad of brands for close circuit TV; Honeywell Access, Keri Access System, Vizonic, Door King Access; ESI-Estech business telephone systems, Anthony and Clem knew that the synergy that would arise from their combined efforts would take the world of communications and security to the next level.
